Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: We use HHPLIFT as a fulfillment partner. Your order will be shipped to you through UPS.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship within the continental USA.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Q: I still haven’t received my order. What do I do?

A: Please contact team@amykrouserosenthalfoundation.org if you haven’t received your order - we will try to track it for you. Please note, the AKR Foundation is not responsible for any items lost or damaged by UPS.

Q: Can I write my order off as a tax-deductible donation?

Under Federal law, the deduction from federal income tax for charitable contributions is limited to the excess, if any, of your contribution over the value of the goods or services provided.
